Concept
Our Main Character, John, suffers from depression in the form of a "dark spirit" haunting him everywhere he goes.
John’s perspective towards his environment changes in a negative way because his judgement has been clouded by the dark spirit, ridiculing and mocking him. In the end, someone reached out to him, reducing the burden
Will anyone willing to listen or even giving a helping hand to John which potentially stop the dark spirits from haunting him?

Brief
A team project consisting of 3 members, where we were tasked on creating a 30 second social awareness video for MTV Asia, on Mental Health is Health. We decided to focus on the main character opening up to help after suffering from stress, anxiety, depression and trauma which effected his emotions dramatically. Our main goal is to raise awareness on mental health issues and also show the main message which is our tagline, 'Help is just a few numbers away'.
